No, Mediacom does not sell customer data for marketing purposes. In addition, Mediacom strictly limits the use of our directory listing information by phone book publishers and 411/DA providers.
How can I edit my residential listing?
Contact your local telephone provider to update your listing. When your provider submits a change request, your listing will be updated on the Mediacom Online Phone Directory website. If you are a Mediacom phone customer, please contact Mediacom at 1-844-274-6753 to make any changes to your listing. Changes will generally take 48 hours to appear on the site.
How can I edit my business listing?

How can I remove my listing?
Contact your local telephone provider to update your listing to a Non-Published listing (an additional fee may apply). When your provider submits a change request, your listing will be updated on the Mediacom Online Phone Directory website.
